How to participate? via QR Code
Step 1: Each entry must be complete and accurate and must contain the following information:
i. A photo of the Proof of Purchase (Receipt)
Step 2: Submit your entry by scanning the QR code which will lead to “Microsite”
Step 3: Participants will need to provide his/her personal particulars (Name, MyKad Number,
Phone Number, Home Address (To deliver the winning prize), and other required
information, etc) and submit the form together with the “Receipt”
Step 4: One entry per Receipt from spending amount RM 35 & above but, must include
participating Nutriplus Frozen Products listed in participating products.
Step 5: Participants will receive an immediate acknowledgment upon submission.
